    Leanne Edmondson is a 30-year business veteran with experience spanning accounting, sales, and consulting.

    She led national account teams on the CoStar platform for multiple years, working closely with some of the industry’s most active commercial real estate professionals. Through this work, Leanne identified a clear gap: independent owners and partnership groups often lacked the time, resources, or experience to effectively gather, interpret, and apply data to critical site selection decisions.

    Leanne founded Edmondson Advisors to serve clients seeking a highly personal, consultative approach grounded in data-driven analysis and strategic negotiation.
